How it'll work? 

The google calendar integration will work both way synchronization. The Bizman events will be synced to google calendar and the google calendar events will be synced to Bizman events calendar.  

You (admin) have setup the google calendar Client ID and Client secret to enable the integration. Once you've enabled the integration, team members can enable the google calendar integration from the Events>Google calendar settings. 

Enable google calendar integration: 

• 1. Go to the Google API Console.
• 2. Create a new project or select existing project. 

• 3. Select your project and click on ENABLE APIS AND SERVICES.

• 4. Search for Google Calendar API and select that.

• 5. Enable the Google Calendar API.

• 6. Create credentials. 

• 7. Create OAuth Client ID. 

Copy the Authorized redirect URIs from Bizman, follow the above screenshot and paste the URIs in the URIs input boxes.  There should be 2 URIs. 

• 8. Collect the Client ID and Client secret. 

• 9. Publish the App. 

After publishing, the status should be In production. 

Great! You are almost ready. Go back to Bizman. 

• 10. Save the Client ID and Client secret in the Bizman Event settings. 

• 11. You'll be redirected to Google hasn't verified this app page.  Click on the Advanced link. 

Note: To remove this warning message, please click on the Learn more link. There is a process to verify your app. That's a different part and don't have anything to do in Bizman. 

• 12. Click on the Go to yourdomain.com (unsafe) link. 

• 13. Sign in with google and Continue. 

• 14. You'll be redirected to the Bizman Event settings page. The integration status should be Authorized. 

Your google colander integration is ready to work. Now, users can integrate the google calendar from the Events page simply by login using the their gmail account.
